  • This program wasn't created overnight. It was built through years of training, learning, failure, and rebuilding. I began my serious weight room journey in 2021. At the time, my primary goal was bodybuilding. I wanted to build as much muscle as possible, and I became heavily involved in both bodybuilding and powerlifting training methods. Through consistent work, I eventually reached 170 pounds while achieving a 265-pound bench press, a 428-pound squat, and a 505 pound deadlift. The interesting part is that I accomplished those numbers while still competing in collegiate track and field and basketball. Looking back, although I was getting stronger, the way I trained wasn't optimal for athletic performance. I was building strength, but I wasn't maximizing my speed, explosiveness, mobility, or overall athleticism. Then everything changed. I became seriously ill and lost virtually all of the progress I had worked years to build. The strength, the muscle, the numbers—almost all of it disappeared. While it was one of the mostdifficult experiences of my fitness journey, it forced me to take a step back and reevaluate everything I thought I knew about training. Instead of simply rebuilding what I had before, I decided to rebuild as an athlete. I became obsessed with understanding how to develop strength, power, speed, mobility, durability, and athleticism simultaneously. I spent countless hours studying training principles, researching athletic development, learning from coaches, testing different methods, and applying those lessons in the gym. Some approaches worked. Many didn't. Through years of trial and error, I began to identify the methods that consistently produced results. This program is one of the products of that journey. It combines the lessons I learned from bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletic performance training, and real-world experience. The goal isn't just to help you get stronger or build muscle. The goal is to help you become a more complete athlete—strong, explosive, mobile, resilient, and capable of performing at a high level. Everything in this program has a purpose. Every exercise, progression, and training method is included because it has produced results either for me personally or through principles that have consistently stood the test of time. This is the one of the systems I wish I had when I first started.
